Alina graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from West Chester University in 2016. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Neumann University in 2020. During her studies at Neumann she researched hospital acquired deconditioning and the effects of immobilization on the geriatric population. She worked as an aide at Optimum PT during undergrad and graduate school where she fell in love with helping patients reach their maximum potential. In 2020, Alina became an official Physical Therapist at Optimum. Alina has an interest in helping individuals maintain mobility throughout all stages of life.
