
Dr Holze attended Rutgers University and completed her undergraduate Bachelor’s of Science degree as well as competing in their B1G10 volleyball program. She achieved her clinical doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) from Arcadia University. She worked at a private practice in New Jersey before joining the Optimum Physical Therapy team in Swarthmore when went on to further her specialization in orthopedics by completing a one year Orthopedic Residency program with Arcadia. She also earned her certification in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation (AIB-VRC).
Talia has been involved in research projects as a graduate student as well as during her time as a full-time practicing therapist. As a student she assisted members of Arcadia staff in creating an objective measure for shoulder instability and subsequently conducting introductory research on the subject. This research project was presented by her research partners during the virtual American Physical therapy Association’s Combined Sections Meeting (CSM) in 2020. In 2024 she was one of four female DPT’s who combined to complete research on the Representation of Women in Sports Physical Therapy Residencies. The abstract was accepted by CSM and Talia Dr Holze participated in the presentation by the research team at the 2025 conference.
